Description:
The invention discloses a method for measuring the content of humic acid in aquaculture wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: preparing humic acid standard solutions with different concentration gradients; drawing a concentration-fluorescence intensity standard curve of the humic acid standard solution; the liquid to be detected is subjected to three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum detection, so that a three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of the liquid to be detected is obtained, and the detection conditions are as follows: the emission wavelength is 250-550 nm, and the excitation wavelength is 250-600 nm; performing parallel factor analysis on the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum to obtain the fluorescence intensity of the humic acid component in the to-be-detected liquid; and obtaining the humic acid content according to the fluorescence intensity and the concentration-fluorescence intensity standard curve. According to the method for determining the content of humic acid in aqua
