  • Description: 本发明公开了一种基于中高浓制浆造纸技术的浓度调节方法，涉及造纸工艺的技术领域，解决了目前纸浆和水的混合不均匀的技术问题。该调节方法是根据搅拌池中纸浆的量确定稀释所需的总供水量，并设定供水速率；启动所述搅拌池，对所述搅拌池中的纸浆进行搅拌，同时开始供水；根据当前的用水量，确定当前的供水速率。本发明实现了在对纸浆的稀释过程中，在不同的时间段纸浆对水量的不同要求的目的，能将纸浆和水进行均匀的混合，且混合效果好，效果高。 The invention discloses a concentration adjusting method based on a medium-and-high-consistency pulping and papermaking technology, belonging to the technical field of papermaking processes. The concentration adjusting method overcomes the technical problem of nonuniform mixing of paper pulp and water at present. The concentration adjusting method comprises the following steps: determining the total water supply amount required by dilution according to the amount of paper pulp in a stirring tank, and setting a water supply rate; starting the stirring tank, stirring the paper pulp in the stirring tank, and starting to supply water at the same time; and determining a current water supply rate according to current water consumption.
