  • Description: The utility model provides a vacuum-transfer pressing roller with multiple vacuum chambers, and the roller can effectively reduce fringe effects, guarantees a pressing effect of paper, avoids the subsequent cutting operation, and simplifies the papermaking technology. The roller comprises a roller body, a vacuum box, a transmission side axle journal, an operation side axle journal, a transmission shaft, an operation side vacuum chamber head, a transmission side axle journal, an operation side bearing, a suction port seat, and a supporting bearing seat. The roller is characterized in that the vacuum box comprises an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate, a left connecting plate, and a right connecting plate; the upper and lower connecting plates are in sealed connection in a head-tail manner to form an annular closed main body of the vacuum box; two sides of the main body are packaged through the left and right connecting plates; the interior of the vacuum box is provided with a small vacuum chamber; the upper connecting plate is provided with an edge water suction port corresponding to the small vacuum chamber; the interior of the operation side vacuum chamber head is provided with a main vacuum-pumping channel and an auxiliary vacuum-pumping channel; the main vacuum-pumping channel is communicated with the suction port seat and the main body of the vacuum box; and the auxiliary vacuum-pumping channel is communicated with an air pipe and the small vacuum chamber.
