The system disclosed by the invention starts from the red light running psychology of pedestrians, aims to ensure the pedestrian crossing safety, adopts a thought of combining facility guidance and regulation breaking punishment, and develops the CBD signalized intersection pedestrian crossing traffic behavior supervision system which is formed by an intersection pedestrian supervision monitoring device and a background control center monitoring management platform.
