Description: In this trial, dabigatran plus a P2Y 12 inhibitor was compared with warfarin plus a P2Y 12 inhibitor and aspirin after PCI in patients with atrial fibrillation. The risk of bleeding was lower with dabigatran therapy; prevention of thromboembolic events was similar with the two strategies.
