Description:
An acquisition unit (15a) acquires a voice feature quantity vector representing features of input voice data, an emotional expression vector representing a customer's emotion corresponding to the voice data, and a purchase intention vector representing the customer's purchase intention corresponding to the voice data. A learning unit (15b) uses voice feature quantity vectors, emotional expression vectors, and purchase intention vectors to generate, through learning, a purchase intention estimation model (14a) for estimating a customer's purchase intention corresponding to voice data. Selon l'invention, une unité d'acquisition (15a) acquiert un vecteur de quantité de caractéristiques vocales représentant des caractéristiques de données vocales d'entrée, un vecteur d'expression émotionnelle représentant l'émotion d'un client correspondant aux données vocales, et un vecteur d'intention d'achat représentant l'intention d'achat du client correspondant aux données vocales.
