Description:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a composite polymer material containing a wood pulp fiber and a thermoplastic polymer.SOLUTION: A method for producing a composite polymer material includes: mixing 65-85 wt.% of wood pulp particles and 15-35 wt.% of a thermoplastic polymer to obtain a first mixture; mixing and extruding the first mixture with a first twin screw extruder or a thermokinetic mixer; further treating the first mixture with a pellet mill or a single screw extruder to obtain the pelletized first mixture; further adding a thermoplastic polymer to the pelletized first mixture to obtain a second mixture; and mixing and extruding the second mixture with a second twin extruder to obtain a melt-processed composition of which average dispersion of the wood pulp fiber measured by a dispersion test is 90% or more, where there is the pellet mill or the single axis extruder between the first twin screw extruder and the second screw extruder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 【課題】木材パルプ繊維および熱可塑性ポリマーを含む複合高分子材料の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】65〜85重量%の木材パルプ粒子と15〜35重量%の熱可塑性ポリマーとを混合して第1の混合物を得ること、第1の混合物を第1の二軸押出機又はサーモカイネティックミキサーで混ぜ合わせて押し出すこと、第1の混合物をペレットミル又は単軸押出機で更に処理してペレット化した第1の混合物を得ること、ペレット化した第1の混合物に更に熱可塑性ポリマーを添加して第2の混合物を得ること、第2の混合物を第2の二軸押出機で混ぜ合わせて押し出し、分散試験で測定した木材パルプ繊維の平均分散度が90%以上である溶融加工された組成物を得ること、を含み、第1の二軸押出機と第2の二軸押出機の間にペレットミル又は単軸押出機がある、複合高分子材料の製造方法。【選択図】図10
