The name of the book is "Umdat al Maqamat", it is an anthology of verse and prose - extracts from biography and history, a resume of the lives of Muslim saints and leaders (including Abu Hanifa, 11th century A.D.) and drawn from a quoted bibliography; compiled by Al Muhammed (name) ilin (son of) al fadl (his father) Allah Al-Sarhandi al-tarugi (name and where born) ilin (son of) Arif Al-Wali Sah Gutam Sunni (name and sect). Persian, c. A.D. 1650. Found (i.e. looted) by Capt. W.H.S. Hadley of the 2nd Queen's Royals, at the capture of Kabul and Kelat in 1839.
