  • Description: Compares the populations exposed to different shaking intensities of recent New Zealand earthquakes between 2010-2014 with injury burden, demography, and scene of injury. Looks particularly at the Darfield (4 Sep 2010) and Christchurch (22 Feb 2011) earthquake data over their total aftershock periods compared with similar data from five more recent earthquakes to determine if the distributions found in the earlier studies are common phenomena.
