Description: Provider: - Institution: - Data provided by Europeana Collections- [ES] Hoy en día la lucha contra el cambio climático es una realidad que gracias a las labores de concienciación se ha impulsado en casi todos los sectores. El sector de la construcción no podía quedarse atrás y es por esto que se trabaja y se desarrolla día a día en este sentido para conseguir que las edificaciones, tanto existentes como nuevas, estén provistas de medidas que mejoren la eficiencia energética. Por lo tanto el propósito de este trabajo es estudiar la mejora energética de una vivienda unifamiliar adosada ya existente. Se pretende analizar las diferentes soluciones, constructivas y energéticas, que existen hoy en día en el mercado. Se busca también ver cómo afecta cada una de estas soluciones y cuál es la mejor combinación de éstas para aplicarlas a la vivienda sin tener que soportar un coste superior para la capacidad de amortización que tendrá la vida útil del edificio. Para ello vamos a valernos de diversas herramientas, entre las que quiero destacar el programa informático CE3x, el Autocad y las nuevas tecnologías relacionadas con la toma y modelación de fotografías e imágenes. La vivienda estudiada sufrió una reforma hace menos de 5 años, en la reforma se sustituyeron las carpinterías exteriores y se adecentó el acabado de las paredes, además se reformó por completo un baño en planta baja. Esta situación me ha dado la oportunidad de analizar la calificación energética de la vivienda antes y después de dicha reforma, para poder comparar los valores, y así estudiar con mayor criterio una mejora energética tanto en aislamiento térmico como en la elección de nuevas instalaciones de energías renovables. Antes de calcular la eficiencia energética, se hará un estudio teórico del impacto ambiental del hombre y de la construcción en nuestro planeta, de cómo afectan nuestras decisiones a la lucha contra el cambio climático y qué medidas están tomando los gobiernos al respecto.- [EN] Nowadays the climate change fight is a reality that thanks to the awareness labours it has raised up in almost all sections. The construction couldn’t stay behind and that is why its needed to work and develop every day in that sense to attain that the edifications, both in existence and new, are provided with measures that can improve the energy efficiency. Therefore the purpose of this work is to study the energy improvement of a semi-detached house already in existence. The intention is to analyze the different solutions, constructive and energetic ones that exists now at markets. It also seeks to see how each of these solutions affects and what is the best combination of these to apply them to the home without having to bear a higher cost for the repayment capacity that will have the useful life of the building. For this we will use various tools, among which I want to highlight the software CE3x, Autocad and new technologies related to the taking and modeling of photographs and images. The housing underwent a reform less than 5 years ago. The exterior carpentry was replace and the finishing of the walls was adapted, In addition a bathroom in the ground floor was completely reformed. This situation has given me the opportunity to analyze the energy rating of housing before and after this reform, in order to compare the values, and thus to study with greater criteria an energy improvement in both thermal insulation and in the choice of new energy facilities Renewable.
