  • Description: Provider: - Institution: - Data provided by Europeana Collections- [ES] Comienzo este TFG haciendo una pregunta, ¿Por qué es importante la eficiencia energética en nuestra vivienda?, la respuesta a esta pregunta es la que se pretende responder con este trabajo, de momento tres palabras clave: ahorro, medio ambiente y confort. El presente TFG consiste en la elección de una vivienda para realizar el certificado de eficiencia energética con programas CE3X o CERMA, resultando una calificación baja o muy baja. Se plantearán opciones de mejora para obtener una calificación mayor, seleccionando las óptimas tanto para la envolvente como para las instalaciones. Desarrollo de los detalles constructivos de las soluciones adoptadas, estudio de los materiales utilizados y de las mejoras en instalaciones. Se tendrá en cuenta toda la normativa actual de edificación y sobre la materia específica, así como se evaluará el valor añadido que aportan las mejoras a la vivienda. El TFG, conlleva la toma de datos, levantamiento de planos, detalles, procesos constructivos, estudio económico y amortización de las actuaciones de mejora, así como control de la seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente, y una planificación de la ejecución de las obras necesarias.- [EN] Start this TFG asking a question, Why is energy efficiency important in our home?, the answer to this question is to be answered with this work, for now three key words: savings, environment and comfort. This TFG is choosing a home for the energy certificate with CE3X or CERMA programs, resulting in a low or very low rating. Options for improvement will be raised for a higher rating, selecting the optimum surround both to the facilities. Development of the construction details of the solutions adopted, study of the materials used and improved facilities. All current building regulations will be taken into account and on the specific matter as well as the added value to housing improvements will be evaluated.
