Provider: - Institution: - Data provided by Europeana Collections- [ES] El cambio climático y el calentamiento global es un problema actual que está afectando a la humanidad y se deben tomar medidas para reducirlo. Sectores como el de la construcción tiene una gran repercusión en este problema debido a que en la construcción se producen muchos gases contaminantes tanto en la elaboración de los materiales como en el proceso constructivo dando al ser humano una peor calidad de vida. El presente trabajo final de grado tiene como finalidad analizar y obtener una calificación energética de una vivienda unifamiliar mediante el soporte informático CE3X, obteniendo una mejora en la calificación de está empleando sistemas que ayuden a reducir la emisión de gases y así favorecer a la reducción del cambio climático. En el certificado se presentan propuestas de mejora de las instalaciones y sistemas de envolvente para obtener una mejor calificación como el estudio económico y amortización. Se empleará la normativa vigente y materiales eficientes. Todo ello se realiza previo estudio del impacto medioambiental del hombre al largo de su historia, del cambio climático, de la construcción sostenible y bioclimática.- [EN] The climate change and global warming are current problems that are affecting humanity, therefore, several measures must be taken to reduce it. Some sectors such as the construction sector have a big repercussion on this problem due to the fact that it produces lots of contaminating gases not only in the production of materials but also in the constructive process, creating a lower quality of people’s life. The present Bachelor’s thesis has the objective to analyse and obtain an energy mark for single family houses with the computer program CE3X obtaining better results. It can be carried out by using different types of systems in order to try to reduce gas emissions producing a reduction of the climate change. The certificate proposes better solutions in terms of installations and envelope systems to obtain better marks in the amortization and economical studies of the buildings. In order to achieve this we need to use applicable regulations and efficient materials. All of this can be carried out, if before we have a previous study of the environmental impact that it has had on human beings throughout the history, climate change, sustainable construction and bio-climate conditions.- All metadata published by Europeana are available free of restriction under the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication.
