Description:
Artificial intelligence (AI) is effectively making its way in medical research and individualised clinical care. The increasing availability datasets, coupled with increase in high-performance computing and novel deep learning architectures, has resulted in an increase in the use of AI in different aspects of oncology research. Cancer detection and classification, single - molecule characterization of tumours and their microenvironment, medicinal chemistry and repurposing, and predicting patient therapeutic efficacy are among the applications. We predict a paradigm shift in cancer care that will be deeply influenced by AI since these breakthroughs make their way into the clinic. In this study, we conducted an efficient finding and included research articles that used Artificial Intelligence based learning approaches for cancer prediction, diagnosis and prediction of mutations.
