The invention relates to a floating photovoltaic panel and more particularly to an assembly comprising a photovoltaic panel and at least one float mechanically connected to the photovoltaic panel, characterised in that the at least one float comprises a plurality of blocks of expanded polymer material arranged in bulk in a flexible wall shaped so as to give the float a generally cylindrical shape. L'invention concerne un panneau photovoltaïque flottant et plus particulièrement un ensemble comprenant un panneau photovoltaïque et au moins un flotteur relié mécaniquement au panneau photovoltaïque, caractérisé en ce que le ou les flotteurs comprennent une pluralité de blocs de matériau polymère expansé disposés en vrac dans une paroi souple conformée pour donner au flotteur une forme générale cylindrique.
