Description:
The invention discloses a preparation method of radix rehmanniae preparata paste. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) drying and crushing radix rehmanniae preparata to be mixed with water evenly, decocting in a pot with a pot cover, filtering out a decoction solution, repeating for 2-3 times, merging the decoction solutions, filtering, and standing, thereby obtaining a supernatant liquid; (2) heating and concentrating the supernatant liquid in an opening pot, heating, evaporating and removing foam; (3) preparing an aqueous sucrose solution with the concentration of 1-2g/ml, heating and boiling to form a refined sugar juice; and (4) mixing the concentrated liquid obtained from the step (2) with the refined sugar juice at the volume ratio of (5:1) to (3:1), stirring evenly, further heating and evaporating with a soft fire into a thick state, stirring up the paste with a rod, so that the paste flows in a sheet form, or dripping the concentrated liquid onto mulberry paper while hot, thereby obtaining the paste employing the condition that no water mark appears on the periphery of a paste drop for the degree. The paste is prepared by decocting and then sugaring, can be directly eaten, and can also be subsequently reprocessed; and a scientific eating method is provided for eating and formulas of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
