Description: The invention discloses a phase change cold plate, comprising: a channel area comprising a plurality of stages of parallel channel groups, the cross sections of the parallel channel groups are increased in sequence along the fluid flowing direction, and a transverse channel is arranged between the adjacent parallel channel groups; one end of the inlet flow guide cavity is provided with a leading-in port, the other end of the inlet flow guide cavity is communicated with an inlet of the channel area, the cavity walls of the two sides of the inlet flow guide cavity in the transverse direction are gradually widened in the fluid flowing direction, and the transverse direction is the parallel direction of the channels of the parallel channel set; one end of the outlet flow guide cavity is provided with a guide-out opening, the other end of the outlet flow guide cavity is communicated with an outlet of the channel area, and the cavity walls on the two sides of the outlet flow guide cavity in the transverse direction
