  • Description: Following reconstruction with motion correction and registration to an MR template, regional TACs were generated and fitted to the 1T and 2T models, with the metabolite-corrected input function, to estimate VT for each ROI. Test/retest variability in regions with higher BPND with the arterial input function should be sufficient for an occupancy study which targets high occupancy; improved quantification strategies, however, will be important for the application of [11C]GR103545 in clinical populations.
