Description: Disclosed are a method and a system of providing an ordering agency service for an offline agricultural and marine product market using chatting. According to the present invention, the method for providing an ordering agency service comprises: a broadcast start step of receiving a streaming image photographing agricultural and marine products of an offline agricultural and marine product market from a broadcast host terminal, and creating a group chat room for starting an Internet broadcast for ordering agency of a product appearing on the streaming image and sending and receiving conversations with connected users; a purchase page generation step of generating a page including purchase information of the product based on the streaming image and information inputted from the broadcast host terminal; a purchase page providing step of providing a terminal of a user who has inputted an purchase intention in the group chat room with the purchase page; an order input step of creating a personal chat room between the user who has inputted the purchase intention and an ordering agent, and receiving order and payment information from the user who has inputted the purchase intention via the personal chat room; a temporary approval step of using the payment information of the user who has inputted the purchase intention to perform temporary approval processing on first prices of the product; a broadcast ending and order confirming step of confirming a final payment amount and goods to be delivered for a plurality of users who have ordered the product at the ending time of the Internet broadcast for ordering agency of the product; and an approval confirming step of performing approval confirmation processing on the confirmed final payment amount among the first prices processed for temporary approval. 채팅을 이용한 오프라인 농수산물 시장 주문 대행 서비스 제공 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 주문 대행 서비스 제공 방법은, 방송 진행자 단말로부터 오프라인 농수산물 시장의 농수산물을 촬영한 스트리밍 영상을 수신하고, 스트리밍 영상에 등장하는 상품의 주문 대행을 위한 인터넷 방송을 시작하고 접속한 사용자들과 대화를 주고 받을 수 있는 단체 채팅방을 생성하는 방송 시작 단계와; 스트리밍 영상과 방송 진행자 단말로부터 입력되는 정보를 기초로 상품의 구매 정보를 포함하는 페이지를 생성하는 구매 페이지 생성 단계와; 단체 채팅방에서 구매 의사를 입력한 사용자의 단말로 구매 페이지를 제공하는 구매 페이지 제공 단계와; 구매 의사를 입력한 사용자와 주문 대행자 간의 개인 채팅방을 생성하고, 개인 채팅방을 통해 구매 의사를 입력한 사용자로부터 주문 및 결제 정보를 수신하는 주문 입력 단계와; 구매 의사를 입력한 사용자의 결제 정보를 이용하여 상품의 최초 가격에 대한 가승인 처리를 수행하는 가승인 단계와; 상품의 주문 대행을 위한 인터넷 방송의 종료 시점에, 상품에 대해 주문한 복수의 사용자 각각에 대해 최종 결제 금액 및 배송 대상 물품을 확정하는 방송 종료 및 주문 확정 단계와; 가승인 처리된 최초 가격 중 확정된 최종 결제 금액에 대해 승인 확정 처리를 수행하는 승인 확정 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
