  • Description: Swedish housing policy debate is passionate, but can be more thoughtful. One of the shortcomings of the debate is that anecdotes are recognized as evidence. The risk with this is that the state's and municipalities' decisions are made on incorrect grounds, which can lead to less efficient use of the common funds – but can also create unforeseen and undesirable housing market effects.
