Description:
FIELD: woodworking industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of the woodworking industry and allows you to dispose of waste in the target commercial product - pulp. The device for obtaining pulp from wood waste is a screw-extrusion apparatus, the screw of the device is made with a variable inner diameter, increasing towards the unloading part of the working zone of the screw. The unloading part of the working area of the auger has holes located along the circumference. The flange in the head of the screw-extrusion apparatus contains Laval nozzles, made in such a way that when the screw rotates, they coincide with the openings of the discharge part of the working zone of the screw.EFFECT: increased strength and improved quality of pulp products without the use of additional adhesive and adhesive fillers.2 cl, 8 dwg 2 н.п.
