  • Description: 본 발명은 방사선을 이용한 목재 종이 및 펄프의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 방사선 조사를 통해서 종래의 화학적 증해 과정을 생략가능하여 화학물질의 사용을 최소화하게 되어 환경오염을 방지할 수 있고, 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 친환경적이므로 제조된 종이 및 펄프를 식품 및 의료 분야에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다. PURPOSE: A method for fabricating wood paper and pulp by radiation is provided to minimize the use of chemicals and to prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating wood paper by radiation comprises: a step of preparing wood chip; a step of irradiating the chip by radiation; a step of digesting the chip by water; a step of beating and bleaching the chip; a step of secondarily heating the wood materials by a pulverizer to prepare wood pulp; and a step of pressing and drying the wood pulp.
