  • Description: A laboratory tile pulping machine suitable for wood pulp comprises a fixed cutter mechanism and a movable cutter mechanism, the fixed cutter mechanism comprises an arc-shaped bottom cutter bed matched with the movable cutter mechanism, a plurality of fixed cutters arranged in parallel are fixedly installed on the bottom cutter bed, and each fixed cutter is of an inverted-U-shaped structure. According to the utility model, the phenomena of fluffing and brooming during wood pulp beating can be enhanced, and the beating quality is effectively improved; meanwhile, part of slurry which is not scattered can be blocked, experimental data are stabilized, and the experimental effect is improved. 一种适用于木浆的实验室用瓦利打浆机，包括定刀机构和动刀机构，定刀机构包括与动刀机构相适配的弧形底刀床，底刀床上固定安装有若干平行排列的定刀，定刀的结构为倒U形结构。本实用新型能够加强木浆打浆中的分丝起毛和帚化的现象，有效改善了打浆质量；同时，能够阻挡部分没有被打散的浆料，稳定实验数据，提高实验效果。
