Description:
The invention discloses a tidal intelligent parking method and system. Staggered parking is implemented by making full use of the time-differentiated parking resources of central business districts and communities based on the tidal characteristics of on-duty and off-duty parking. The method and the system for intelligent parking in central business districts are as follows: after a commuter drives a vehicle out, a vehicle state monitoring device of a geomagnetic sensor in a corresponding parking space senses that the vehicle has left and sends an instruction to a central server, and the central server puts the parking space in a sequence receiving parking requests of social vehicles after receiving the instruction; and when the owner of a vehicle applies for the use of the parking space,the central server receives the parking request instruction of the vehicle and displays 'booked' in the sequence.
