Description:
A related filler processing technology comprises the following steps: providing a polyacrylamide emulsion with the concentration of 0.1%-2% and the viscosity of 180 cps-230 cps and the polyacrylamide molecular weight scope of 3 million-5 million; and mixing the polyacrylamide emulsion with a filler to pretreat the filler, and keeping the average particle size of the pretreated filler particles at 8-32 mu m. The invention also relates to a papermaking technology. Compared with the prior art, the above filler processing technology and the papermaking technology help to improve the filler retention rate and also substantially reduce wear of the filler particles on a paper machine molding net.
