Description:
The invention discloses sprayed high-performance concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete. The concrete comprises the following raw materials: cement, fly ash, silica fume, metakaolin, machine-made sand, water, a water reducing agent and steel fibers. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: mixing cement, fly ash, silica fume, metakaolin and machine-made sand, adding steel fibers, adding a water reducing agent and water to form slurry, and spraying the slurry to a sprayed surface to obtain the sprayed high-performance concrete. The obtained concrete is applied to tunnel lining. The sprayed high-performance concrete prepared by the invention overcomes the defects of low strength, poor toughness and poor durability of traditional sprayed concrete, and relieves environmental pollution caused by building construction; the springback rate is reduced, the one-time spraying layer thickness is increased, the performance of sprayed concrete is improved, then the engineering quality is effectively improved, material waste is reduced, and cost is reduced.
