Description:
The present invention relates to a porous nanofibrous membrane with an excellent light blocking effect, a method for manufacturing the porous nanofibrous membrane with the excellent light blocking effect, and a cell culture device including the porous nanofibrous membrane with the excellent light blocking effect. According to the present invention, the porous nanofibrous membrane having the excellent light blocking effect is provided, and it is possible to provide the cell culture device suitable for cell invasion analysis by using the porous nanofibrous membrane of the present invention. Therefore, the porous nanofibrous membrane of the present invention and the cell culture device including the same are expected to be widely applied in related fields such as pathological observation using a cell invasion assay in the future. 본 발명은 차광 효과가 우수한 다공성 나노섬유 멤브레인, 차광 효과가 우수한 다공성 나노섬유 멤브레인의 제조 방법 및 차광 효과가 우수한 다공성 나노섬유 멤브레인을 포함하는 세포 배양장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 차광 효과가 우수한 다공성 나노섬유 멤브레인이 제공되며, 본 발명의 다공성 나노섬유 멤브레인을 사용하여 세포 침입 분석에 적합한 세포 배양장치의 제공이 가능하게 된다. 따라서, 본 발명의 다공성 나노섬유 멤브레인 및 이를 포함하는 세포 배양장치는 향후 세포 침입 분석법을 이용한 병리학적 관찰 등 관련 분야에서 널리 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
