Description: Bu Ã§alÄ±ÅmanÄ±n amacÄ±, saÄlÄ±k Ã§alÄ±ÅanlarÄ±nÄ±n sessiz istifa tutumlarÄ±nÄ± Ã¶lÃ§en psikometrik bir Ã¶lÃ§me aracÄ± geliÅtirmektir. Bu amaÃ§ doÄrultusunda 473 saÄlÄ±k Ã§alÄ±ÅanÄ±na ulaÅÄ±lmÄ±ÅtÄ±r. KatÄ±lÄ±mcÄ±lardan veriler hem Ã§evrimiÃ§i hem de yÃ¼z yÃ¼ze toplanmÄ±ÅtÄ±r. ÃlÃ§ek, kavramsal yapÄ±nÄ±n oluÅturulmasÄ±, bu kavramsal yapÄ±dan soru taslaÄÄ±nÄ±n oluÅturulmasÄ±, uzman gÃ¶rÃ¼ÅÃ¼nÃ¼n alÄ±nmasÄ±, pilot Ã§alÄ±Åma yapÄ±lmasÄ±, testyeniden test gÃ¼venilirliÄinin yapÄ±lmasÄ± aÅamalarÄ±ndan sonra katÄ±lÄ±mcÄ±lara uygulanmÄ±ÅtÄ±r. Toplanan verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS ve AMOS paket programlarÄ±ndan yararlanÄ±lmÄ±ÅtÄ±r. Elde edilen verilere aÃ§Ä±klayÄ±cÄ± ve doÄrulayÄ±cÄ± faktÃ¶r analizi uygulanmÄ±ÅtÄ±r. YapÄ±lan analiz sonucunda 3 boyut ve 34 faktÃ¶rden oluÅan bir Ã¶lÃ§ek elde edilmiÅtir. GeliÅtirilen Ã¶lÃ§eÄin saÄlÄ±k Ã§alÄ±ÅanlarÄ±nÄ±n sessiz istifaya yÃ¶nelik tutumlarÄ±nÄ± Ã¶lÃ§mede kullanÄ±labilecek bir Ã¶lÃ§ek olduÄu sonucuna varÄ±lmÄ±ÅtÄ±r. GeliÅtirilen Ã¶lÃ§eÄin tÃ¼m sektÃ¶rler iÃ§in kullanÄ±labileceÄi Ã¶nerilmektedir. Anahtar kelimeler: Sessiz istifa, tutum Ã¶lÃ§eÄi, Ã¶lÃ§ek geliÅtirme, saÄlÄ±k Ã§alÄ±ÅanlarÄ± Jel SÄ±nÄ±flandÄ±rma KodlarÄ±: I18, M10, M12 The aim of this study is to develop a psychometric measurement tool that measures the silent resignation attitudes of healthcare professionals. For this purpose, 473 healthcare workers were reached. Data were collected from participants both online and face-to-face. The scale was applied to the participants after the stages of creating the conceptual structure, creating a question draft from this conceptual structure, obtaining expert opinion, conducting a pilot study, and testing-retest reliability. IBM SPSS and AMOS package programs were used to analyze the collected data. Explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis was applied to the obtained data. As a result of the analysis, a scale consisting of 3 dimensions and 34 factors was obtained. It was concluded that the developed scale is a scale that can be used to measure the attitudes of healthcare professionals towards silent resignation.
