  • Description: 본 발명은 티아졸계 화합물 및 그 제조방법과 용도에 관한 것이다. 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 2,2'-비스-티아졸계 화합물, 그 제조방법, 및 항종양제, 자가 면역 질환 치료제, II형 당뇨병 및 그 합병증 치료제 또는 신경퇴행성 병변 치료제의 제조에 있어서 히스톤 데아세틸라제(histone deacetylase) 억제제로서 2,2'-비스-티아졸계 화합물의 용도에 관한 것이다. The present invention relates to a thiazole-based compound, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a 2,2'-bis-thiazole-based compound, a preparation method therefor, and a use of 2,2'-bis-thiazole-based compound a histone deacetylase inhibitor in the preparation of an antitumor medicament, a medicament for treating autoimmune diseases, a medicament for treating type II diabetes mellitus and complication thereof, or a medicament for treating neurodegenerative diseases.
