  • Description: A start-up assistance information providing system according to the present invention comprises: a main device to provide start-up assistance information; a user terminal to apply and receive the start-up assistance information by being connected to the main device by wire or wireless; and a back office server to provide back office data regarding the start-up assistance information produced by the main device by being connected to the main device by wire or wireless. The main device comprises: a business selection tool to produce business data; a modeling tool including a store owner right modeling unit to produce store owner right model data, a business district class modeling unit to produce business district class model data, a necessary sales modeling unit to produce necessary sales model data by setting necessary sales per store located inside the store owner right based on a business district class, and a potential demand modeling unit to produce potential demand model data by setting total potential demands inside the store owner right; and a business density index calculation unit to provide a business density index capable of determining, as the start-up assistance information, the overcrowding of a start-up business in the store owner right including a central small area wherein a store for the start-up business is located. The business density (A) is decided as A=B/C. The B is average sales for three years of the store which keeps up business for over three years in the same field within the store owner right of the store to be started and the C is a potential demand calculated by totaling up the demand of the living population, the working population, and the floating population within the store owner right. 본 발명에 따른 창업지원정보 제공 시스템은 창업지원정보를 제공하는 메인 장치와; 메인 장치에 유무선으로 연결되어 적어도 창업지원정보를 신청 및 수신하는 사용자 단말기와; 메인 장치에 유무선으로 연결되어 상기 메인 장치가 생성하는 창업지원정보에 관한 백오피스 데이터를 제공하는 백오피스 서버를 포함하며, 메인 장치는 업종 데이터를 생성하는 업종선정기구와; 점주권 모델 데이터를 생성하는 점주권 모델링부, 상권등급 모델 데이터를 생성하는 상권등급 모델링부, 상권등급을 기초로 점주권 내에 위치하는 점포당 필요매출액을 설정하여 필요매출액 모델 데이터를 생성하는 필요매출액 모델링부, 및 점주권 내의 총 잠재수요를 설정하여 잠재수요 모델 데이터를 생성하는 잠재수요 모델링부를 포함하는 모델링 기구와; 창업 업종에 대해 점포가 입지할 중심 소지역이 포함된 점주권에서 창업 업종의 과밀여부를 판단하는 과밀지수를 상기 창업지원정보로서 제공하는 과밀지수 산출기구;를 포함하고, 과밀지수(A)는 A = B/C 로 규정되며, B는 창업예정 점포의 점주권 내에서 동종업종에서 3년 이상 영업을 지속한 점포의 3년간 평균 매출액이고, C는 점주권 내에서의 주거 및 직장인구와 유동인구에 의한 잠재수요를 합산한 잠재수요이다.
