  • Description: Abstract The industrialization of new building represented by prefabricated building is advancing rapidly. The design stage is the key stage of cost control of the whole prefabricated project. Through the analysis of the main design tasks in the design process of prefabricated concrete building design stage on the cost of prefabricated concrete frame structure, the factors affecting the cost control difficulties are analyzed, and the corresponding control measures in the design stage are put forward to promote the development of prefabricated concrete building. Through the comparison of cost control design and application cost of engineering cases in the design stage, it is shown that the construction cost of precast concrete frame structure system can be saved through reasonable design scheme.
