  • Description: The energy audit is a potential approach that can be taken solutions to solve in a coherent way a part of the problem of the redevelopment of existing buildings and its inefficient; a problem that can and must be transformed into a great opportunity. We would introduce a proposal methodology for a "sustainable" audit in which the rules of the sustainable design are applied. This methodology were developed over time and it was tested on several real buildings.
