Description:
Provided is a novel production system for nitrogen-containing products and products selected from fermented/cultured products, that does not include transportation of liquid ammonia (or suppresses same to a minimum). The production system for nitrogen-containing products and products selected from fermented/cultured products includes: an ammonia synthesis device that reacts hydrogen and a raw-material gas including nitrogen in the presence of a carrier metal catalyst and synthesizes an ammonia-containing gas, said carrier metal catalyst including, as a carrier, a carrier base material and at least one type selected from the group consisting of complexes comprising metal amides indicated by formula M(NH2)x (in the formula M indicates at least one type selected from Li, Na, K, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, and Eu and x indicates the valence of M) and supported on the carrier base material, said carrier base material including i) a conductive mayenite compound, ii) a two-dimensional electride compound or a precursor there
