Description: Security risks in business-to-business exchanges are analyzed along with steps for protecting against such risks. Trusted business partners are not necessarily trusted security partners and they should be treated as hostile partners because they can unintentionally let a hacker attack the exchange. Good security policy within a company, examining each side's written security policies and encrypting e-mail are some of the security steps that can be taken for protecting business-to-business partnerships.
