Description:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic fiber that is used in the manufacture of a special nonwoven fabric, paper and other fiber products for imparting a forgery prevention effect, exhibits a reversible hue change by visual observation and has physical properties suitable for manufacture of nonwoven fabric and papermaking.SOLUTION: The synthetic fiber includes a lanthanoid rare earth compound and a thermoplastic resin containing polyolefin or polyamide. The content of the lanthanoid rare earth compound is in the range of 7.0 to 45.0 wt% based on the weight of the thermoplastic resin and the primary particle size of the lanthanoid rare earth compound is 0.6 to 9.0 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明の目的は、偽造防止効果を付与するために特殊な不織布、紙その他の繊維製品を製造する際に用いられ、目視による観察により可逆的な色相変化を有する合成繊維であり、不織布、抄紙の製造に好適な物性を有する合成繊維を提供することである。【解決手段】上記課題は、ランタノイド系希土類化合物と、ポリオレフィンまたはポリアミドを含有する熱可塑性樹脂を含む合成繊維であって、前記ランタノイド系希土類化合物の含有量が熱可塑性樹脂の重量を基準として7.0〜45.0重量%の範囲であり、前記ランタノイド系希土類化合物の1次粒子径が0.6〜9.0μmであることを特徴とする合成繊維により解決することができる。【選択図】なし
