Description: The paper provided the theoretical and practical basis for the evaluation of the concept of the formation of sports behavior for China's Teenagers by studying the structure of scale of sports behavior formation based on the present situation of China's Teenagers. The final scale sports behavior formation was established through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,scale and item analysis,687 subjects were conducted in the 1 st survey. 899 in the 2 nd survey. The results show that a four-factor model of the sports behavior formation for China's Teenagers could be accepted. The results of confirmatory factor indicated that the scale of the sports behavior formation of our Teenagers had adequate measure indicators. The total score reliability coefficient was 0. 836,the developed sports behavior formation for China's Teenagers was a good measure and could be used a tool for the sports behavior formation of China's Teenagers.
