  • Description: A partir dels anys seixanta sorgeixen noves maneres de mostrar i percebre les imatges, en nous contextos o ambients, generalment de caràcter lúdic i nocturn. Es produeixen una sèrie de transformacions ambientals a l’entorn de la imatge que fan que la seva producció i visionat públic es tornin processos difícilment predictibles i interactius. S’ha anomenat imatge-ambient a una lògica de la imatge que troba els seus orígens en esdeveniments iniciàtics com els Exploding Plastic Inevitable produïts per Warhol i que, avui dia, gràcies en part a l’impuls de les tecnologies digitals, es popularitzen i troben nous desenvolupaments en les sessions de Dj-Vjing. Atesa la seva importància social i la seva «radical» especificitat, aquest article proposa una sèrie de conceptes que ajudaran a comprendre quin territori ocupa aquest tipus d’imatges i, sobretot, quina relació s’estableix amb la seva audiència. Alguns dels principals conceptes són: afecte ambiental, estímuls en reciprocitat i entrecos. Partint del plantejament deleuzià en la imatge-moviment i la imatge-temps, i prenent la teoria dels afectes d’Spinoza, fa un pas cap endavant per continuar desenvolupant l’univers conceptual d’aquesta particular lògica de la imatge: la imatge-ambient. From the 1960s onwards, new ways of displaying and perceiving images arose in new contexts or environments, generally of a playful and nocturnal nature. A series of environmental transformations were generated around images which meant that their production and public viewing became processes that were difficult to predict and interactive. Environment-image is the name that has been given to an image logic which finds its origins in groundbreaking events such as the Exploding Plastic Inevitable, organised by Warhol and which is now, thanks in part to the impetus of the digital technologies, becoming popular and flourishing in DJ-VJing sessions. Given its social importance and its ´radical´ specificity, we propose a series of concepts which will help us to understand which territory this type of images occupies and above all which relationship it establishes with its audience. Some of the principal concepts are: ‘environmental affect’, ‘reciprocal stimuli’ and ‘interbody’. Starting from the Deleuzian approach in movement-image and time-image, and taking Spinoza’s affect theory, we take a step forwards in order to continue developing the conceptual universe of this particular logic of the image: the environment-image. A partir de los años sesenta surgen nuevas maneras de mostrar y percibir las imágenes, en nuevos contextos o ambientes, generalmente de carácter lúdico y nocturno. Se producen una serie de transformaciones ambientales en torno a la imagen que hacen que su producción y visionado público se vuelvan procesos difícilmente predecibles e interactivos. Se ha llamado imagen-ambiente a una lógica de la imagen que encuentra sus orígenes en eventos iniciáticos como los Exploding plastic inevitable producidos por Warhol y que hoy en día, en parte gracias al impulso de las tecnologías digitales, se popularizan y encuentran nuevos desarrollos en las sesiones de DJ-Vjing. Dada su importancia social y su radical especificidad, proponemos una serie de conceptos que ayudarán a comprender qué territorio ocupa este tipo de imágenes y, sobre todo, qué relación establece con su audiencia. Algunos de los principales conceptos son: afecto ambiental, estímulos en reciprocidad y entrecuerpo. Partiendo del planteamiento deleuziano en la imagen-movimiento y la imagen-tiempo, así como tomando la teoría de los afectos de Spinoza, damos un paso hacia delante para continuar desarrollando el universo conceptual de esta particular lógica de la imagen: la imagen-ambiente.La dimensión ambiental de las imágenes.
