Description:
PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing technology of synthetic papered-floor infiltration layer paper which is characterized by showing printed pattern of natural texture, having elasticity and cushion, giving natural visual effect and minimizing cracking in time to construct. CONSTITUTION: The synthetic papered-floor infiltration layer paper is comprised of 30-60wt.% of cellulose, 40-70wt.% of polyester and 5-10wt.% of PVA. Cellulose, wood pulp gives a rough feeling of Korean paper. Polyester, synthetic fiber increases permeability and gives PVC sol infiltrating ability and doubling ability. PVA supplements strength of the paper. 기존 바닥재(종이를 사용하지 않음)의 경우는 유리섬유(Glass Fiber)와 PVC sol 합판 형성후 PVC 상단에 그라비아인쇄를 함으로 인해 인조 PVC 바닥재 분위기를 탈피하는데 한계가 있고, 또한, 바닥재 고유의 특성인 탄력성과 쿠션에 문제점이 제기가 되어왔다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해서 유리섬유와 PVC sol 사이에 셀룰로오스(30-60중량%)와 폴리에스테르(30-50중량%), PVA(5-10중량%)를 주체로한 본 발명의 종이를 사용할 경우 종이 고유의 독특한 인쇄적성으로 천연질감의 인쇄무늬 부여 및 소폭의 탄력성과 쿠션으로 APT나 밀폐된 공간에서 생활하는 현대인에게 자연적인 시각효과와 옛날 고유의 한지장판과 동일한 분위기 상승효과를 높여준다. 또한, 시공시 접음으로 생기는 터짐 현상을 최소화함으로 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
