  • Description: The present invention relates to wood pulp for glass plate-interleaving paper in which an amount of silicone contained in the wood pulp is 0.5 ppm or less with respect to an absolute dry mass of the pulp, as well as relates to interleaving paper for glass plates of which a raw material is the wood pulp, in which an amount of silicone contained in paper is 0.5 ppm or less with respect to the absolute dry matter of paper. The interleaving paper for glass plates formed from the wood pulp of the present invention, as well as interleaving paper for glass plates of the present invention are able to remarkably control contamination of silicone to the surface of glass plates for use as substrate material for flat panel displays for which a high degree of cleanliness and high quality are required. La présente invention a trait à de la pâte de bois destinée à du papier intercalaire pour plaques de verre, la pâte de bois ayant une teneur en silicone de 0,5 ppm ou moins par rapport à une masse anhydre absolue de la pâte. Linvention porte également sur un papier intercalaire pour plaques de verre dont une matière première est la pâte de bois, le papier ayant une teneur en silicone de 0,5 ppm ou moins par rapport à la matière anhydre absolue du papier. Le papier intercalaire pour plaques de verre fabriqué à partir de la pâte de bois de la présente invention, tout comme le papier intercalaire pour plaques de verre de la présente invention, sont en mesure de contrôler remarquablement la contamination du silicone à la surface des plaques en vue dune utilisation en tant que matériau substrat pour dispositifs daffichage à écran plat qui exigent une grande propreté et une qualité élevée.
