  • Description: Abstract The article looks at the peculiarities of funding national projects and large-scale scientific projects as part of adoption of innovative economic model of the society’s development. In particular, funding of mega-science projects in Russia and abroad and its specifics has been studied. Particular examples of financial activities undertaken by the entities implementing mega-science projects like PIK and NICA have been provided. Ways to improve the funding of this sphere have been specified.
