Description:
The present invention provides a cylindrical soil pressure support member including a soil pressure support plate, and a non-excavation type tunnel construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the cylindrical soil pressure support member includes: a metallic cylindrical body; and the soil pressure support plate horizontally protruding from both ends of the cylindrical body. At least one soil pressure support plate is vertically formed in a pair, and an insertion groove is formed between the pair of soil pressure support plates so that the soil pressure support plate of the adjacent cylindrical body is inserted into the insertion groove. The cylindrical bodies are connected by a connection pipe inserted into each of the cylindrical bodies. According to the present invention, the cylindrical soil pressure support member including a soil pressure support plate on both sides is arranged between steel pipes without the installation of an additional waterproof steel plate, a fixing plate, and a soil pressure supporter. Moreover, the soil pressure support plates of the adjacent cylindrical bodies are engaged to each other to support the soil pressure such that a tunnel loop and a tunnel side wall can be formed. 본 발명은 금속재질의 원통체와, 상기 원통체의 양측에 수평으로 돌출되는 토압지지판이 형성되되, 적어도 어느 하나의 토압지지판은 상하 한쌍으로 이루어지고 한쌍의 토압지지판 사이에는 삽입홈이 형성되도록 함으로써 인접한 원통체의 토압지지판이 삽입되도록 하며, 원통체와 원통체 사이는 각 원통체의 내측으로 삽입되는 연결관에 의해 연결되도록 구성되는 토압지지판을 구비하는 원통토압지지부재 및 이를 이용한 비개착터널 시공방법를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 별도의 방수철판과 고정판, 토압지지대를 설치하지 않고 강관과 강관 사이에 양측면에 토압지지판을 구비하는 원통토압지지부재가 배열되도록 하되, 인접한 원통체끼리 토압지지판이 맞물리도록 하여 토압을 지지하도록 함으로써 터널 루프와 터널 측벽을 형성할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
