Description:
The present invention relates to a waterproof soil pressure supporter for a trenchless tunnel, comprising a metal cylindrical body filled with concrete cured therein and a support member formed in a lower part of the cylindrical body, wherein the support member comprises a combination plate formed in a lower part of the cylindrical body, a combination bolt projected from the center of the bottom of the combination plate, a hexahedral concrete foundation having a through hole bored to be penetrated by the combination bolt, and a separation prevention nut screwed with the combination bolt to function as a protrusion to prevent the separation of the concrete foundation. The present invention can bring about effects of preventing the occurrence of displacement through a free adjustment on the height of the soil pressure supporter in regard to the installation of the soil pressure supporter, eliminating the need for existing soil pressure supporter surface treatment/finishing work due to a structure in which the separately manufactured concrete foundation is combined with the bottom of the cylindrical body, and preventing water flowing down along inner and outer surfaces of the cylindrical body of the soil pressure supporter from leaking into a tunnel, thereby making the tunnel have excellent durability without the need for separate waterproofing work. 본 발명은 내부에 양생된 콘크리트가 충진된 금속재질의 원통체와 상기 원통체 하부에 형성된 받침부재로 이루어지되, 상기 받침부재는 원통체의 하부에 형성되는 결합판과, 상기 결합판의 저면 중앙으로 부터 돌출된 결합볼트와, 상기 결합볼트가 관통되도록 중앙에 통공이 천공된 육면체형상의 콘크리트 기초와, 상기 결합볼트에 나사결합되어 콘크리트 기초의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 걸림턱작용을 하는 이탈방지너트로 구성되는 비개착터널용 방수식 토압지지대를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 토압지지대를 설치함에 있어 토압지지대의 높이를 자유롭게 조절할 수 있어 변위 발생이 없고, 별도로 제작된 콘크리트 기초를 원통체 하단에 결합하는 구조여서 종래처럼 토압지지대 면처리 마감작업이 불필요하며, 토압지지대의 원통체 내측면과 외측면을 타고 물이 흘러내려 터널 내부로 누수되는 것을 방지함으로써 별도의 방수처리작업을 하지 않아도 되어 터널의 내구성이 우수한 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
